You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by okadaph may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Your okadaph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. okadaph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

However, okadaph shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

okadaph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okadaph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While okadaph takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond okadaph's control.

okadaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the player's account poses a risk management or regulatory concern; or (d) okadaph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Players may request the closure of their okadaph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. okadaph may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the player. okadaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okadaph will provide reasonable notice to players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the okadaph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and okadaph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
