3.4 Account Ownership

Your okadaph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual. 4. Account Security

You must not share your credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent okadaph. okadaph staff will never ask for your password.

You must notify okadaph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. okadaph will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, okadaph shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okadaph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okadaph platform without the prior written consent of okadaph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okadaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

okadaph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okadaph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While okadaph takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond okadaph's control.

Players may request the closure of their okadaph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. okadaph may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the player. 13. Privacy
